Meet Ein-Stein, EQ's take on a traditional Oktoberfest Märzen! Brewed with 100% German grown grain and hops. We started things off with Pilsner, Munich, Vienna, and a touch of Dark Munich malts before adding Hallertau Tradition hops in the kettle. Ein-Stein was then lagered cold for over a month after primary fermentation was complete. Amber in color with a medium body and a mild and pleasant sweetness, Ein-Stein has a clean hop aroma with elegant notes of bready malts, caramel, and toast complemented by a slight bitterness to help balance each sip out and get your tastebuds looking for the next sip.
