Much like the force, this Cold IPA strikes a balance between the delicate nature of a Lager with the power of hops! We brewed this Lager base with rice to help give it a refreshingly clean base, and then came out firing like Chewy’s bowcaster with a blast of Simcoe, Citra & El Dorado hops to impart notes of pineapple, clementine & pine!
